Hyperbaric chamber treatments did not help with mild TBI

The article needs to be read in full at USAtoday.

But this line is troubling;
The study results leave the military and the VA without any tool for directly treating an injury characterized as a "signature wound" of the two wars.

Don't they read research/news at all?
What about this? Are they following up with real research rather than this one anectdotal report?

or this:

Fish oil ‘may help stroke patients’
