Ask your doctor exactly what this means. How much coffee should you be drinking for your CVD risks and how much for your dementia prevention? Don't try to analyze this yourself, you know how dangerous coffee drinking can be if your doctor isn't prescribing the correct amount and brand and drip vs. perc.
