Doctor-rating websites offer helpful but limited advice

If our stroke associations wanted to do something useful that doesn't require lots of intellectual effort they could create a rating system for neurologists and PMR doctors listing the efficacy of their interventions. How many of their patients get to 100% recovery? This is the only metric needed. But even that is too difficult for our stroke associations, it is way more difficult than putting out lazy press releases extolling the F. A. S. T. method which isn't even truthful since tPA only works fully 12% of the time.
