A great stroke association would be in the thick of this research figuring out how to use this knowledge to help stroke recovery. But we have craptastic stroke associations whose highest calling is press releases. You are completely on your own. Start hiring researchers to solve your stroke problems because the stroke medical leadership is not going to do anything about it until we depose the existing leadership and put stroke survivors in their place.
