Covenant Rehab announces annual Achievement Award Winners

Our stroke hospitals wouldn't have to give out achievement awards if they would do a decent job of preventing a lot of the stroke damage by stopping the neuronal cascade of death. But I bet there is not a single hospital in the world that will acknowledge that the reason stroke survivors have such a hard time recovering is because the hospital failed at doing their job, namely preventing as much neuronal death/damage as possible.
