Ear buds for smartphone

I knew I didn't want just the ones that fit in the ear because they fall out a lot. The problem with these wraparound ones is that it takes me 4-5 minutes to get them in my ears one-handed. I may have to break down and get the single ear clips. Now that I have both a smartphone and minipad I need something to listen to music or videos. Mainly for my airplane travels. Another ADL that should be covered in rehab.
