None of this seems very new, I've read about this stuff for years. Now if they would just get to fucking work and create some stroke protocols. Only 8 pages, your doctor should have time to read and comprehend that little amount.

And why would there be new protocols, neurologists had to do several years of study at university, whilst forgoing a social life, then they passed their exams. Do you really you think they want to learn new stuff? Most stroke survivors, now are being treated in the same way as they would have been 30 years ago, with the thought behind any treatment being "It's a stroke, can't do anything about it. Get the patient to accept that THIS is it, and they will be a lot happier"....NOT
