Why doesn't your doctor have protocols for all the types of damage that can occur from a stroke?

Use of the term, 'All strokes are different, all stroke recoveries are different' should be an immediate call to the hospital president demanding that that person be fired for incompetence.  We have to start weeding out the stroke medical professionals that don't know anything and aren't even trying to fix any of the problems in stroke. They have had dozens of years to come up with solutions and failed.
These all require recovery protocols not compensation protocols.
1. Sarcasm - where is the protocol?
2. Aphasia - Where is the protocol?
3. PBA   - where is the protocol?
4. Proprioception - where is the protocol?
5. Over Sensation - where is the protocol?
6. Under Sensation - where is the protocol?
7. Foot drop - where is the protocol for recovery? Not compensation.
8. Fatigue - where is the protocol?
9. Spasticity - where is the protocol?
10. Memory issues - where is the protocol?
11. Dementia risk - where is the protocol?
12. Muscle issues - where is the protocol for each specific muscle? None of this generic crap.
13. Balance - where is the protocol?
14. Running - where is the protocol?
15. Swimming - where is the protocol?
16. Whistling - where is the protocol?
17. Jumping - where is the protocol?
18. Clapping hands - where is the protocol?
19. Dancing - where is the protocol?
Our fucking failures of stroke associations should have all this and if they don't they should have a plan/strategy to get this fulfilled. That is what a great stroke association would be doing.
