With only some of these supported by references to back this up I guess the Harvard Medical School is using the invalid appeal to authority gambit to have us think this is accurate.
Now if only our fucking failures of stroke associations put this together into an easily understandable stroke diet protocol.  But they won't, you'll have to guess at the amounts to eat per lb. of your weight. Pharma will not research this since it doesn't contain any drugs that can be patented.  Don't do anything with this since this is not doctor approved.
