Stroke care has improved dramatically in the past 30 years.
Really? More fucking 'happy talk' and cherry picking. Totally ignoring all the problems in stroke. Obviously the 10 million worldwide survivors a year need no additional help, so lets just let our medical professionals sit in bliss with their heads up their asses.
