At what point do you act? Stroke doctors and hospitals?

Simple questions. 

 tPA has been known to be a failure at complete recovery 88% of the time since approved in 1996. 

When will you act?

Full recovery from stroke only occurs 10% of the time. NSA statistic.

When will you act?

There are no publicly available protocols on stroke recovery.

When will you act?

From my point of view as a survivor there is NO stroke leadership and no sense that anyone in the world is even trying to solve stroke.
