Until this conference starts discussing all the problems in stroke and the strategy to get all survivors to 100% recovery, it is totally worthless to survivors.  Each piece of research should be mapped back to which exact problem in stroke it is trying to solve.  That is why I consider these conferences totally worthless. There is no strategy being followed and solved.  Oh well, just got back from two weeks in Italy and heading to London tomorrow, maybe after this I'll be more reasonable but I doubt it.  As a friends ADHD son once said, 'I hate talking to stupid people'.

Oops, I shouldn't be dissing all these supposedly smart people in stroke. But I see no leadership from them at all.   I see no survivor presentations. 

 I'm not playing by the polite rules of Dale Carnegie,  'How to Win Friends and Influence People'. 
Politeness will never solve anything in stroke.
