Chapstick tube rehab

Chapstick tube opening and closing is really a two handed operation. I received no training on one handed use of this. It now requires being next to a flat stable surface to set the cap down on after I somehow manage with my thumb and first two fingers to pry off the cap with the remaining three fingers holding the tube.  I haven't succumbed to the other standby, teeth.  This does require that the tube of gel isn't extended very far beyond the top of the plastic case, otherwise chunks get scraped off in the process.

This excellent book didn't cover this need;

One-Handed in a Two-Handed World (Second Edition) (Spiral-bound) by Tommye-K. Mayer
