18 years and still nothing has improved in stroke recovery

 

I had my stroke 18 years ago, got tPA in 90 minutes and still ended up with a fair amount of disability. I see NOTHING  in those 18 years that even remotely suggests that stroke survivors now will now get any closer to 100% recovery. If fact I can guarantee that the next 18 years will do nothing either. NO stroke medical 'professional' has ever contacted me for insight into stroke survivors! All because there is NO STRATEGY AND NO LEADERSHIP  in stroke!
