Let's check how easy it is to determine stroke hospital competency

 How many ways is your hospital incompetent and for how long? Of these 13 listed has your fuckingly incompetent hospital fixed any of them?

Let's count, it won't be pretty and yet your hospital still gets paid for COMPLETE INCOMPETENCY!

Your hospital should have protocols, NOT GUIDELINES for each item. Your board of directors is responsible for setting the standards of running a hospital; DID THEY COMPLETELY FUCKING FAIL AT THEIR JOB?

And stating they follow 'Get with the Guidelines' IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER!

 It is simple, solve these problems. Yep they will be hard but leaders tackle the big problems. Are you a leader or a mouse?
