My ex thought I was delusional when I one time inadvertently told her that I knew more than my medical staff. My OT actually agreed with me.  That didn't go down well since she was a PT and I had no medical training whatsoever.

But I do think it would be easier to take over and rule the whole world rather than break through all the medical egos that think they know what is going on in stroke.

It is only arrogance if you can't back up your knowledge.
