What juice/beverage should you be drinking and how much?
This has got to be one of the simplest parts of a diet protocol your stroke hospital is completely fucking failing at. With even the minutest spark of responsibility an intern could be assigned to compile all this for a nutritionist to vet and create a protocol. But our fucking failures of stroke associations can't even do this incredibly simple task. So I'm looking at this 107 year old drinking 3 liters of wine a day and want to emulate him. Does your doctor have any scientific reason not to do this?
Read and weep, this is only my stuff from the last 10 years.
