In these slides they seem really proud that door-to-needle times were less than ten minutes. I would say that is still a failure, I expect needle puncture while still in the ambulance. Possible with these;
the goal is negative time, in the ambulance, prior to reaching the
hospital. Take the subjectivity and neurologist out of the equation. It
can be done. How fucking incompetent is your hospital that isn't already testing and using these?
