How long before your hospital installs a sauna? Find out from your doctor what the frequency and heat protocol is. Do not attempt this on your own.

Conclusions and Relevance
Increased frequency of sauna bathing is associated with a
reduced risk of SCD, CHD, CVD, and all-cause mortality. Further studies
are warranted to establish the potential mechanism that links sauna
bathing and cardiovascular health.
Have your doctor reconcile sauna use with this research;
Up to now it has been known that high temperatures, amongst
other things, can affect the blood-clotting mechanism (haemostasis) and
make the blood more viscous, thereby increasing the risk of thrombosis.
Furthermore, as decreasing temperatures have an impact on blood
pressure, it can be assumed that there is a link between cold
temperatures and the increase in cardiovascular events and stroke.
