Whomever approved this stupidity needs to be fired. Music has been researched for at least a decade.
I'm sure your doctor has done nothing to bring in any music rehab to help survivors. Incompetence for years!

(Newswire.net -- December 29, 2021) Orlando, FL -- Various research studies have been carried outlook into the impacts of music therapy on certain diseases. In a study, it has been found beneficial in cases of stroke.
This research was spearheaded by Dr. Alex Street, of Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).
The findings of this interesting research were published in Topics in Stroke Rehabilitation.
This study is described as the first large-scale investigation performed on a 26-bed stroke and rehabilitation unit at Addenbrooke's hospital in Cambridge. In this research, 177 patients took part in 675 Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) sessions over a two-year period.
