I'm sure nothing here measures productivity in how many stroke patients get 100% recovered. So the therapists don't even have as a goal to get you recovered. As a side benefit to their billable hours maybe YOU get some benefit. This whole problem is the result of the board of directors failing to set appropriate goals for staff.
