Stay Sharp
Get your 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. (Just living is aerobic exercise)Stop smoking pot.

Get your thyroid checked.Cut down on drinking. (Sorry, not going to occur)
Get a full sleep evaluation. (I know I have mild sleep apnea, but can't tolerate the CPAP)
