Mainly to discuss whether or not to administer tPA which is appalling. There should be dozens of options available to stop the neuronal cascade of death after the initial recanalization. There was one point in there where they talked about penumbra and dead brain recanalization and should have had discussions on what to do to save the penumbra. 1 hour or just look at the slides.
