Sitting here with a glass of wine and my husband in our sunny library, I know there's nothing here that's not contributing to my recovery. What I have noticed about my wine/beer consumption is that it affects me very differently than pre-stroke, and it takes inly two glasses for me to feel affected. Pre-stroke, I was a professional.
