1. Add a sport or physical activity to your regimen.
2. Have more sex.
3. Get your 30 minutes of aerobic exercise.
4. Stop smoking pot. (But what about my spasticity and neurogenesis)
5. Wrinkle less. The quickest route to fewer wrinkles? Quit smoking.
6. Sleep more hours. - not a problem
7. Do yoga. - 3 point downward dog does not work.
8. Take fish oil supplements.
9. Lift weights.
10. Cut down on drinking. But, But, my medicinal red wine and dark beer.
i'm okay with all of those except sleeping more. I think my 9 hours/night is enough and my waking hours too few.
