The Water Cure recipe is simple. It calls for you to drink at least half your weight in water, in ounces, each day. For example, if you weigh 120 lbs., drink 60 oz. of water each day. For each quart of water you consume, add 1/4 tsp. of salt. Add salt to food liberally, but drink the recommended amount of water. If you drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages, drink another 10 oz. to 12 oz. of water per 6 oz. of caffeinated or alcoholic beverage consumed. Use only non-refined ocean salt.
