One of my continuing residual defects. So I thought about a way to practice this. I stand on my good leg(right) and step forward with the left making sure I get a good heel strike and end with all the weight on the left foot, using whatever muscles are available to slow down the forefoot so it doesn't slap. I then push back onto my right foot and do it over again, Starting out by holding onto a counter. I do this as my frozen pot pie is heating up for 4.5 minutes in the microwave, I can get in 20 reps a minute. This would mean that to get to 10,000 repetitions to make me an expert at that it would take 100 days, or if you want to speed it up 8.3333 hours if done constantly.
Don't even think of following this extremely dangerous bit of exercise, only your doctor or therapist can supervise this. Remember I'm not medically trained and therefore incredibly stupid.
