You'll have to read this at the link. If you are one of his constituents see if he can understand the need for hyperacute therapy research and become the Tipping Point for stroke. Tim Johnson either didn't try or failed at it. He never explains if he had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke.

I do disagree with this paragraph and wish doctors would properly inform their patients.
If the Circle of Willis is properly functioning the two vertebral arteries and the other carotid artery are enough blood flow to properly supply the brain. I have only three functioning arteries and I am in no danger of a stroke from that missing 4th artery supply of blood.
