Changing stroke rehab and research worldwide now.Time is Brain! trillions and trillions of neurons that DIE each day because there are NO effective hyperacute therapies besides tPA(only 12% effective). I have 523 posts on hyperacute therapy, enough for researchers to spend decades proving them out. These are my personal ideas and blog on stroke rehabilitation and stroke research. Do not attempt any of these without checking with your medical provider. Unless you join me in agitating, when you need these therapies they won't be there.

What this blog is for:

My blog is not to help survivors recover, it is to have the 10 million yearly stroke survivors light fires underneath their doctors, stroke hospitals and stroke researchers to get stroke solved. 100% recovery. The stroke medical world is completely failing at that goal, they don't even have it as a goal. Shortly after getting out of the hospital and getting NO information on the process or protocols of stroke rehabilitation and recovery I started searching on the internet and found that no other survivor received useful information. This is an attempt to cover all stroke rehabilitation information that should be readily available to survivors so they can talk with informed knowledge to their medical staff. It lays out what needs to be done to get stroke survivors closer to 100% recovery. It's quite disgusting that this information is not available from every stroke association and doctors group.

Legal recreational marijuana sales begin in Colorado

Damn, if it wasn't a 17 hour 12 minute  drive away I would spend the weekend going there, maybe some 3 day weekend this year.
From another story.
An Iraq War veteran who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder became the first person to legally buy recreational marijuana under a new Colorado law that went into effect New Year’s Day.
Ohio resident Brandon Harris said he drove 20 hours to be in Colorado for the open of legal pot sales, and he said he’s not planning to leave.

For all these reasons; I'm sure your doctor has heard of none of them.
1. Small Quantities Of Marijuana Protect Against Brain Damage
2. Cannabis chemical 'helps heart' The cannabis chemical helps ward off heart disease, scientists say
3. Neuroimmmune interactions of cannabinoids in neurogenesis: focus on interleukin-1β (IL-1β) signalling
4.  Symptomatic therapy in multiple sclerosis: the role of cannabinoids in treating spasticity
5.  A cannabinoid type 2 receptor agonist attenuates blood–brain barrier damage and neurodegeneration in a murine model of traumatic brain injury
6.  Marijuana might cause new cell growth in the brain
7.  A Marijuana Bud A Day Keeps The Stroke Away
8.  Marijuana and stroke rehab

    1. I may be willing to do a lot of stupid things but I don't want to give an idea that its good for someone else.

  2. I have two nephews growing pot legally in Colorado. A majority of theirs sales are medicinal us, but the recreational aspects are not without benefits. It is strictly regulated.

It falls in lines of other things like cigarettes and alcohol. Another avenue for gaining taxes and useful to within moderation.
