By 2020, to improve the cardiovascular health of all
Americans by 20 percent, while reducing deaths from
cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent. So rather than work on something specific like reducing 30 day stroke deaths they choose environmental/social factors. That way if the goal is not reached there is an easy strawman to blame rather that choosing achievable goals that can be measured and assigned to individuals or groups. That type of lazy goal setting would never occur under my watch.
The goal should be to research and put into practice which ones of these177 possibilities are proven to work, or your own list of research needs.

Your board of directors is totally failing in their job.
