Changing stroke rehab and research worldwide now.Time is Brain! trillions and trillions of neurons that DIE each day because there are NO effective hyperacute therapies besides tPA(only 12% effective). I have 523 posts on hyperacute therapy, enough for researchers to spend decades proving them out. These are my personal ideas and blog on stroke rehabilitation and stroke research. Do not attempt any of these without checking with your medical provider. Unless you join me in agitating, when you need these therapies they won't be there.

What this blog is for:

My blog is not to help survivors recover, it is to have the 10 million yearly stroke survivors light fires underneath their doctors, stroke hospitals and stroke researchers to get stroke solved. 100% recovery. The stroke medical world is completely failing at that goal, they don't even have it as a goal. Shortly after getting out of the hospital and getting NO information on the process or protocols of stroke rehabilitation and recovery I started searching on the internet and found that no other survivor received useful information. This is an attempt to cover all stroke rehabilitation information that should be readily available to survivors so they can talk with informed knowledge to their medical staff. It lays out what needs to be done to get stroke survivors closer to 100% recovery. It's quite disgusting that this information is not available from every stroke association and doctors group.

European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and World Stroke Organization (WSO) Conference in Vienna in May 2020 and welcome you to submit suggestions for topics.

Survivors need to inundate them with topics, starting with 100% recovery for all.  Then stopping the neuronal cascade of death and stroke protocols. We can't let the stroke medical world ignore survivors. Unless we push for it, there will never be survivor presentations at this.

European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and World Stroke Organization (WSO) Conference in Vienna in May 2020 and welcome you to submit suggestions for topics.

We are organising the Scientific Programme for the upcoming European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and World Stroke Organization (WSO) Conference in Vienna in May 2020 and welcome you to submit suggestions for topics.
The goal is to have a dynamic programme that includes topics of wide interest related to stroke management, clinical stroke research, and both basic and translational stroke research. We look for a balance of gender in our speakers and a wide geographical representation.
We would appreciate your suggestions for topics as well as nominations for presenters. You can either propose an entire session with a session title and four talks or propose an individual talk. If you want to propose an entire session please give the title for the session and up to 4 talks with titles and speakers. If you want to propose an individual talk, just give the suggested talk title and speaker in the individual talk section. Involvement of ‘rising stars’ would be very much favoured. Note that convenors will be selected by the Programme Committee. At this stage, there is no need to seek agreement from potential speakers.
All suggestions will be reviewed by the Programme Committee and are used to shape the programme for the ESO-WSO Conference 2020.
Thank you in advance for your input by completing the Proposal Submission Form. We hope to see you in Vienna in 2020!
Kind regards,
Jesse Dawson and Marc Fisher
Chairs of the ESO-WSO Conference Programme Committee

Submission deadline: Wednesday, April 24, 2019
