This inforgraphic is is so simplified as to be almost useless. But it makes someone feel they have helped. The top foods are a complete joke because there has never been any protocol that lists amounts of the food needed for prevention. You as a consumer have to guess because our fucking failures of stroke associations will not do anything as simple as this for survivors. And they don't list marijuana buds - 50% reduction in stroke risk.
