The whole problem with this is the thinking that guidelines are OK. No they are not, we need EXACT PROTOCOLS and until we get there stroke survivors are screwed. I would throw this back in their faces and ask if they will get 100% recovered using them when they become the 1 in 4 per WHO that has a stroke.
