Big fucking whoopee.
But you tell us NOTHING ABOUT RESULTS. They remind us they 'care' about us but never tell us how many 100% recovered.
Three measurements will tell me if the stroke hospital is possibly not completely incompetent; DO YOU MEASURE ANYTHING?
-
tPA full recovery? Better than 12%?
-
30 day deaths? Better than competitors?
rehab full recovery? Better than 10%?
rehab full recovery? Better than 10%?
You'll want to know results so call that hospital president(Whoever that is) and demand to know what the RESULTS are for; tPA efficacy, 30 day deaths, 100% recovery. Because there is no point in going to that hospital if they are not willing to publish results.

Greenwich Hospital(Connecticut) Recognized As Leader In Stroke Care
Greenwich, CT (August 24, 2020) – Greenwich Hospital's high-quality stroke program has been recognized by the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association for providing up-to-the-minute scientifically based treatment to support better patient outcomes.
The Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award and the Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award represent the exceptional care patients with stroke and diabetes receive at Greenwich Hospital. This is particularly relevant at a time when studies show COVID-19 patients are at increased risk for developing complications, such as blood clots and stroke, and patients with certain conditions, such as diabetes, are already at high risk of complications if they contract COVID-19.
"These awards are particularly meaningful given the current pandemic facing our nation," said Norman G. Roth, Greenwich Hospital's chief executive officer. "We are dedicated to improving the quality of care for our stroke and diabetes patients by implementing evidenced-based clinical guidelines that help patients live longer, healthier lives."
A stroke occurs when a clot or a rupture prevents blood flow to the brain. Stroke is the fifth-leading cause of death in the United States and a leading cause of adult disability, reports the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, which estimates that someone dies of a stroke every 40 seconds.
Get With The Guidelines® is the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association's hospital-based quality improvement program that provides hospitals with tools and resources to diagnosis and treat stroke patients. The Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award is a new award recognizing hospitals that meet quality measures for 12 consecutive months. More than 34 million Americans have diabetes, a potentially fatal disease.
