I'm good at all of these, full details at link.
1. Take a Two-Minute Breath Break
I do nostril breathing per 'Breath' by James Nestor
2. Ask One New Question a Day
Multiple questions are asked each day as I go thru stroke research and wonder why everyone in stroke is DOING NOTHING TO GET SURVIVORS FULLY RECOVERED!
My psychological resilience is impressive.
3. Switch Hands for Routine Tasks
Not possible because my DOCTOR COMPLETELY FUCKING FAILED TO EVEN TRY ANYTHING AT ALL FOR HAND RECOVERY! Knew nothing and did nothing; that's what you will get from your stroke medical 'professionals'! NOTHING AT ALL!
4. Microdose Nature (Even Through a Window)
My new 4 level condo has a great view out the patio doors over a 5 acre open space and a large red pine in the corner. Much better than my old apartment where I never opened the shades since I was ground level.

5. Revisit One Positive Memory Before Bed
Thankful for the stroke that delivered me to my current happiness
